Q: Are estimates the final price?
A: Phone and email estimates are just rough estimates. The final estimate will be done the day of the cleaning. Estimates can be changed in the case that
new promotions offer more savings or if there is a change of services between the date of scheduling and the time of execution.
Q: How often should I have my windows cleaned?
A: How often you have your windows cleaned depends on a few things. If you are a store or restaurant owner you may like to get them done on a weekly basis or
even every few days. For office buildings ideally they should be done monthly or quarterly and houses usually should be done quarterly to prevent permanent stains. Where you
live also makes a big difference. Some homes require higher matinance due to dusty winds and or debris.

A: Our basic window cleaning service offers a streak free cleaning of all windows and glass doors. Also included is a cleaning of your
screens, which are removed from the window and are cleaned with a foxtail brush to remove all dust and particles followed by a cleaning of the screen
frame. Also included is a cleaning of window tracks and frames, a service not normally offered by most basic services. We clean all exterior and interior of
all windows and glass doors unless specified otherwise by the customer.
Q: What products do you use to clean windows?
A: While most San Diego window cleaners just use regular dish soap, which can leave an ugly residue on your windows.
Clearly Window Cleaning uses solutions that are bio degradable and environtmentally friendly that wont leave a residue. We also offer 100% natural cleanings upon request of lemon vinegar and water or any home made solution of your choice that you provide for our window cleaners.
Q: What are some services not included in the basic window cleaning service:
A:
-Paint removal from windows requires extra time and different utensils so it is not included in our basic window cleaning service, but we would be happy to upgrade
you to our construction clean up package to help you with your paint removal need.
-Removal of heavy calcium and film build up. Some window films require extra scrubbing and special solutions to remove so it isn't included in
our basic cleaning. Film and build up removal can be arranged if requested by the customer.
